Location v good, near our family, near some shops, near beach, easy bus ride to N Junction and centre.
Well equipped kitchen. Except no coffee cups.
Haps of bowls which suited me but not all.
Plenty space but no where to put stuff.
A common problem.
Small dining table and small round coffee able was all in spacious lounge/dining
No desk, even a small desk for laptop, papers, books.
No shelves.
So stuff goes on floor
